What is LingoLand?

LingoLand is a child-friendly, educational website which offers a range of tools to engage and motivate your child. We offer a choice of learning the French or Spanish language as well as a crash course in the country's culture. We will provide your child with all the knowledge they need to advance to a level appropriate for entering Secondary School.
What makes us different?
LingoLand is a website specific to children in KS2 who are looking to improve their understanding of the French and Spanish grammar before making the leap from Primary education to Secondary education. We offer a range of topics from grammar to vocabulary.
Additionally, unlike other platforms, we offer several fun, interactive lessons about French and Spanish culture. This includes famous people, buildings, animals, history of the language and more.
Who created LingoLand?
I created this website as an A-Level student, with the goal of encouraging more young children to study languages throughout Secondary School. It occured to me that learning languages is becoming less and less prioritised in primary schools nationwide, so I decided to make a website which will hopefully spark an interest in these young children to pursue languages in later life.
Another motive i had for producing this website was because it is clear that many students feel unprepared to make the leap from Primary education to Secondary education; my website is was created to support this transition.
